Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
Our sober companion services are scheduled in advance to ensure consistent, individualized support. Because each booking reserves a companion’s dedicated time, we have the following cancellation and refund terms in place.
2. Cancellation Window
Clients may cancel their scheduled service up to 24 hours before the start time with no penalty.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.
3. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)
If a client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the company will retain 20% of the original service fee.

The remaining 80% will be refunded to the client.

If payment has not yet been made, the client will be invoiced for the 20% late-cancellation fee.
4. No-Show Policy
If a client does not show up for a scheduled service and does not provide notice, this is considered a no-show.

The company will retain 100% of the session fee.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
5. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule more than 24 hours in advance at no additional charge.

Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation and subject to the 20% late-cancellation fee.
6. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If the sober companion company must cancel for any reason, clients will receive:

A full refund, or
-
The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Acknowledgment
By booking services with our company, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
